4. Shipping Policy

  • UAE orders: Delivery within 24–48 hours if items are in stock.

  • International orders: Delivery within 1 week for in-stock items.

  • Backorders/custom items: Delivery within 1–3 weeks depending on availability.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered if the product is not applicable for the recommended application and is returned unused, in original packaging.

  • Exchanges or returns are accepted if the item does not match the description. Store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as-is" and "as available." While we ensure the highest quality, Creative Tools is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
